Professional services
Migrado is easy for an IT professional to get up and running and customize to your needs using our documentation. However, should you require support from an experienced partner for a larger migration project, we will guide you through all phases of the project on request.
Installation and configuration
We provide a pre-installation guide. With this you can prepare step-by-step all the operating requirements. These are basically the system requirements, port shares and service accounts. In a joint appointment we install, configure and test all system components with you. The result is a ready-to-use migration system. Afterwards, the analysis of the source application can start directly.
Customized data mapping
For each connector, we provide a standard migration profile with data mapping. If you have specific requirements for individual content, metadata, users, rights and roles, we can dive into data mapping with you and discuss all configuration options. The result is one or more customized migration profiles.
Training and handover
If you take the migration implementation into your own hands, we will conduct a training with you and give you helpful tips. After that, you will be able to perform your migrations.
Project management
In larger migration projects, technical project management is essential. We will be happy to provide you with an experienced project manager.

Analysis and troubleshooting
After the commissioning, we start the analysis of the content of the source application as well as the configuration of the target application together with you. Then you have a listing of all the contents of the source application down to the object level. Based on the general and specific system differences, you will get a detailed list of all problems. We will explain typical problems and show you how to fix them step by step.
Migration design and configuration
Migrado is a complex and highly flexible application. We already provide you with standardized migration profiles, automation, user notifications, etc. that can be easily adapted to organizational requirements, especially for large global projects, by configuration. We create an individual migration design together with you and then configure all adjustments for you. The result is a turnkey migration application.
Implementation and optimization
If you wish, we will also be happy to perform the migrations for you and take care of any errors that may occur during the migration. During the migrations we check the migration rate and carry out optimizations together with you.
